Your First Visit
At your first appointment, you will:

Fill out a 'New Patient Registration Form' (can be completed prior to appointment); and

Undergo eye testing.
During this visit, one of our experienced technicians will perform testing on your eye(s). The technician will gather information about you, and perform diagnostic tests which are necessary for a detailed evaluation of your eye condition. The physician requires this information to assess your case and will have it available at your consultation appointment with them. The consultation appointment will be booked for a different day.
Please allow approximately 30 minutes for this appointment.
NOTE: Dilating drops will NOT be used at this appointment, so you may drive yourself.
CONTACT LENSES: If you wear soft contact lenses, please remove them at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you wear hard or rigid contact lenses, please remove them at least 1 week prior to your appointment.
